Meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Taylor at 6:00 p.m.

NEW BUSINESS:
Boys & Girls Club/Ruth Provost – Special Events Application Approval
Request – “Screech at the Beach 5k Race:
A Special Events Application was before the Board for a 5k Road Race and Kids Fun Run on Saturday, October 25, 2014 starting at the Popponesset Marketplace, 252 Shore Drive, Mashpee.
The race to benefit the Boys & Girls Club of Cape Cod is hosted by the Raw Bar. The event will traverse the private roads of New Seabury.
Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to approve the Special Events Application of the Boys & Girls Club for a 5k Road Race on October 25, 2014 as referenced.
Motion seconded by Selectman Richardson.
VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0.

Joint Review of Town Meeting Warrant with Finance Committee and Moderator:
The Board of Selectmen and Finance Committee briefly reviewed the Annual Town Meeting Warrant of Monday, October 20, 2014. There were no changes to the warrant as proposed.
Adjournment:
Motion made by Selectman Cahalane to adjourn at 6:03 p.m.
Motion seconded by Selectman Sherman.
